Join Fairytale Adventures Travel in celebrating National Coloring Book Day!  We all have a place that is #1 on our travel bucket list. We encourage you to celebrate by coloring your interpretation of your “Fairytale Adventure.”  Be sure to follow along using #ColorYourFairytale with social media outlets!

 

1.     Contest is open to all ages.

2.     To enter, print out the official contest coloring page and submit by posting through the contest link on our Facebook, Instagram or website page. Go to ….. to print out the official coloring page for the contest.

3.     All entries must be original work of the entrant.  There are no restrictions on what the entrant can use to color their artwork.

4.     When submitting your entry, you are giving Fairytale Adventures Travel the rights to use your artwork.

5.     Other pages are for the enjoyment of our fans and may be submitted for the enjoyment of Fairytale Adventures Travel Agency and may be used on the social media sites if submitted to Fairytale Adventures Travel Agency.

6.     Be sure to include your name, address and phone number, along with a brief description of your “Fairytale Adventure” along with your entry.

 

RULES AND RESTRICTIONS: Each Entry must meet the following restrictions to be eligible:

·      All entries must be the original work of the entrant.

·      There are no restrictions on what the entrant can use to color their artwork.

·      Picture cannot have anything attached (glued, taped, etc.) to the picture.

·      Entry cannot contain images that are irrelevant to the purpose of the Contest;

·      Entry cannot promote alcohol, illegal drugs or tobacco;

·      Entry cannot defame, misrepresent or contain disparaging remarks about people or companies;

·      Entry cannot be obscene or offensive, endorse any form of hate or hate group or be derogatory to any ethnic, racial, gender, religious, professional or age group;

·      Entry cannot contain materials embodying copyrighted images, names, likenesses, photographs or other indicia identifying any person, living or dead, without permission;

·      Entry cannot communicate messages or images inconsistent with the positive images and/or goodwill

·      Content cannot depict illegal activity and cannot itself be in violation of any law;

·      Entry cannot in any way reference persons or organizations without written permission from any person or organization whose name or likeness is used; and

·      Entry may not include photo images of a known celebrity, famous or well-known person or any image which violates the right of privacy or publicity of any person.

·      Entries by minors must be submitted by the parent or legal guardian of the minor.  By submitting the entry, the parent or legal guardian is giving the Fairytale Adventures Travel Agency permission to post the artist's name, age and description of the submitted artwork.

·      Fairytale Adventures Travel Agency reserves the right to reject or disqualify (along with the Entrants who submitted them) any Entry which, in its opinion, violates any of these Official Rules or is otherwise inappropriate.

 

 

By participating, Entrant grants Fairytale Adventures Travel Agency permission to use his/her name, hometown, photo or image for future advertising and publicity purposes in connection with the Contest in any and all media without additional compensation, notification or permission. Entries made by any other individual or entity that is not the person named on the submitted Entry or made in any manner inconsistent with these Official Rules will be declared invalid and disqualified from this Contest.
