Resort Spotlight: Art of Animation
On my recent trip to Disney World with Fairytale Adventures Travel Agency, we were able to tour Art of Animation Resort. Disney’s Art of Animation Resort opened in 2012 and has received rave reviews for their themed rooms throughout.
Art of Animation is divided into four sections. Each section is themed for the popular movies Cars, Lion King, Finding Nemo and The Little Mermaid. The attention to detail here is just amazing and would be a perfect place to stay for any cars fan!
Art of Animation has 864 standard rooms. The standard rooms include two double beds and can sleep up to four adults. These rooms are Little Mermaid themed which are great for your favorite little princesses.
In the other three sections of the resort are 1,120 family themed suites. Each suite includes a bedroom with a queen sized bed, a convertible table bed, and a sleeper sofa bed. The convertible table bed and sleeper sofa are double bed size. The room also includes a living room, kitchenette, and two bathrooms. Each room can sleep up to 6 adults.

The resort also has three pools for their guests including the largest pool in a Disney World resort, the Finding Nemo Pool. The Finding Nemo Pool has interactive speakers that play music under water. The two other pools are the Cozy Cone Pool and Flippin Fins Pool.

Art of Animation has a counter service restaurant Landscape of Flavors and in-Room pizza delivery service. I can't wait to stay here with my family. I'm thinking the Cars or Lion King section would be perfect for us!
