Resort Spotlight: Sandals Halcyon Beach with Honeymooners Nick and Lindsay
Located on the beautiful island of St Lucia, Sandals Halcyon Beach is a leading vacation spot for couples headed to the Caribbean. I recently booked some very close friends here for their honeymoon, Nick and Lindsay. I wanted nothing but the best for them and here are some of the reasons that Sandals Halcyon Beach met all the requirements and more!

Halcyon Beach is an intimate resort within the Sandals family. While having all of the highlights and great service of the larger resorts, Halcyon also provides guests with a quiet atmosphere and intimate setting that enables them to feel like personal guests of the resort. Halcyon Beach offers 169 rooms including suites with personal butlers, first class concierge service, and private splash pools. When you book Butler Service you will experience world class service from a personal butler who has been trained by the Guild of Professional English Butlers. Other rooms in the resorts continue the pampered feelings with gorgeous views of the ocean or garden. Not to worry is you have smaller budget, not a single room at the resort is lacking in either view or luxury furnishings.
Caribbean Deluxe Room
Halcyon Beach has 6 restaurants on property. Whether you are in the mood for Italian or Japanese Halcyon Beach always has you covered. In the evening Resort Evening Attire (Dress pants or jeans for men, long or short sleeve dress shirts, dress shoes or elegant sandals. No shorts, t-shirts, sleeveless shirts, sneakers, flip flops or slippers. No hats or caps.) is required for Kelly's Dockside and Mario's restaurants. Kimonos (Japanese Teppanyaki), Soy (Sushi), The Bayside Restaurant (A-La-Carte French Brassiere) require Resort Casual Attire (Shorts or jeans, t-shirts, or polo shirts. Swimwear must be covered. Shirts and footwear required.) Feel right at home with whichever dining experience you choose. If you are looking for food quickly the The Bistro is all available with hotdogs, hamburgers, fries, chicken wings, salads, and dessert.

Some of the other great amenities that are offered while staying at Halcyon Beach include Free Resort Wide Wifi, Airport Transfers, and a Nurse's Station. For an additional charge guests can access Laundry and Dry Cleaning, Private Airport Transfers, Duty Free Resort Shop, SnapShots, Taxi Services, Island Routes Caribbean Adventures, Red Lane Spa, and the Resort Shop. Best of all Sandals properties have a "No Tipping" policy for all team members except for Butlers and Spa Therapists. You'll never feel like you need to spend more money to receive great service while at Halcyon Beach or any Sandals property.
An Island Routes Excursion (additional charge)
Even though Halcyon Beach is a small intimate resort it is also included in Sandals Stay at one, play at three exchange. While staying at Halcyon Beach guests are able to enjoy all the amenities at Sandals Regency La Toc Golf Resort and Spa and Sandals Grande St. Lucian Spa and Beach Resort. Transfers are included so guests are able to resort hop with ease and have 27 Five Star Global Gourmet options to choose from. Guest are even able to enjoy a nine-hole Par 33 golf course located at La Toc Golf and Resort. Green Fees and transfers are complimentary but a mandatory caddie is available at an additional charge.
Sandals Halcyon Beach is an all around great vacation get away. I am so happy that my friends had such an amazing time while they were there and I'm already hoping to help them plan their 5-year anniversary.
