Cruise Line Spotlight: Royal Caribbean International

Royal Caribbean International is one of the top family cruise line's in the world. RCI began in 1968 with three ship Norwegian ship builders. Through the years RCI has been a leader in the cruising community. RCI cruises to 260 ports around the world and was the winner in Onboard Activities from Cruise International Awards 2016.
RCI has 8 different classes of ships for cruisers to choose from. Today we are going to talk about the three most popular classes in the RCI fleet. Later in the week we will continue our RCI spotlight by discussing their kids programming and an overview of the popular ship Oasis of the Seas.

Quantum Class
Over the past two years RCI has introduced 3 news ships with the newest and most innovative technology. While not the biggest cruise ships on the water they are packed full of entertainment for guests. The maximum number of guests 4,905 and the ships have 16 decks.

Right now the Quantum class ships are sailing across the world. Quantum of the Seas is spending 2016 exploring the seas around China. Ovation of the Seas is in New Zealand and Australia. Anthem of the Seas is ported in Bayone, New Jersey and spending her time in the Caribbean, Bahamas, and Canada.
