The Main Street Electrical Parade is having a very special float in the Newport Boat Parade through December 18, 2017.

Disney Gift Cards are now available as an eGift. They can be redeemed anywhere Disney Gift Cards are accepted and are scanned directly from your mobile device or a printed copy of the eGift.

The Lunar New Year will be celebrated January 20- February 5, 2017 in Disney's California Adventure. Three new Asian marketplaces featuring Chinese, Korean, and Vietnamese foods, all new entertainment, and characters dressed in their best.

Universal Studios

Did you hear Nintendo is coming to Universal Parks around the world? Details of specifics have not been release yet but will be coming soon. Here are a couple of details from Universal Close Up Blog:

"Nintendo-themed areas are coming to Universal Studios Japan, Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood.

These will be expansive, immersive and interactive. They’ll be highly themed and authentic environments filled with multiple attractions, shops and restaurants.

You’ll feel as if you’re playing inside your favorite games – in real life.

There will be something for everyone—regardless of their age or gaming experience level.

Planning and creative work on these areas is well underway; they will open separately over the next several years."
