MSC is taking the cruising industry by storm the last few years.  MSC is a European based cruise line that started in 1988.  They are currently expanding their from 15 cruise ships to 18 cruise ships in the next few years.  MSC is popular due to their eco-friendly cruiseliners, real Italian cafes, boutique and duty free shopping.

My Choice dining means that guests can dine anytime they would like during the open hours of the main restaurant.  No pre-booking required.

Classic dining is traditional cruise style dining with two sittings. Guest will dine at a preset time each evening with the same table dining table, table staff, and dining companions.

Flexi dining means guests can enjoy their dinner at their preferred slot each evening.  Guests will be able to book an evening meal slot in tone of the main restaurants and change their choice daily.  Flexi dining is currently available on the Seaview, Meraviglia, and Seaside.

MSC offers guests multiple choices for meals once on board the ship.  They have main dining rooms, buffets, top sail lounge, pool side eats, and guests who book Yacht Club on the Fantasia class ships will also have access to a Silver Service Restaurant.  Guest who have special dietary requirements may notify the ship in advance of their needs. MSC has Gluten Free, Vegetarian, Pre-prepared Kosher meals, and express lunches available for guests (all you need to do is notify the ships staff prior to boarding).
