Rivers of Light an all new nighttime spectacular opens on February 17, 2017. Disney Parks Blog describes Rivers of Light: "Continuing the grand Disney tradition of innovative, after-dark entertainment, “Rivers of Light” combines live performance, floating set pieces, a soaring musical score, fountains and more in a celebration of animals and nature. The story magically unfolds on the broad natural stage of the Discovery River, conveying the uplifting spirit of an ancient and timeless lantern ceremony and filled with symbolism, storytelling and plenty of heart." We can't wait to see this amazing new show!

Along with the opening of Rivers of Light, guests are now able to book a Rivers of Light dining package. Guests will be able to choose from two restaurants. At Tusker House, an All-You-Care-To-Enjoy Buffet, guests can choose from breakfast, lunch or dinner packages. Tusker House dining packages are 1-table service credit on the Disney Dining Plan. Tiffins signature restaurant will also offer a dining package for lunch or dinner. Tiffins dining package is a 2-table service credit meal. Your ADR reservation must be made 2 1/2 hours prior to the show at Tusher House and 3 hours prior to the show at Tiffins. Book with your destination specialist today.

Disneyland and Disney's Hollywood Studios have announced that their respective Star Wars Lands will be opening in 2019. Fans are very excited that the lands will be opening so soon as most predicted a much longer construction time.

Victoria and Alberts, located at the Grand Floridian Resort and Spa, has once again earned a AAA Five Diamond rating. There are 3 restaurants with the waiting in Florida and only 47 total in the United States. Victoria and Alberts is a truly unique dining experience and offers three dining experiences: the dining room, the elegant Queen Victoria’s Room and the Chef’s Table in the kitchen.

Disney Cruising
An all new stage show is headed to Disney Cruise Line. “Beauty and the Beast” aboard the Disney Dream will bring the timeless fable to life like never before, featuring a style of theater that interlaces classic storytelling elements with cutting-edge technology, to create a unique, theatrical experience in the 1,340-seat Walt Disney Theatre. An innovative take on the story will transform renowned songs into spectacular, show-stopping numbers, and lavish costumes and puppetry will bring a fresh perspective to beloved characters. Guests will be able to enjoy the new show beginning on November 16, 2017.

"Wishes," Magic Kingdom's fireworks show is coming to end. An all new nighttime show, "Happily Ever After" will debut on May 12, 2017. Moments from “Moana,” “Brave,” “Big Hero 6,” “Zootopia,” “The Princess & The Frog,” “Aladdin” and many others will be showcased during the show. Take a closer look with the video below:
Universal
Volcano Bay will now offer an all new way to avoid lines with TapuTapu. TapuTapu will allow guests to virtually wait in lines by tapping the band at the entrance of the attraction. Guests will then receive a return time so that they may enjoy other areas of the park instead of waiting in line. All guests visiting Volcano Bay will receive a TapuTapu.
