Disney’s Vero Beach Resort is part of Disney Vacation Club, and is located on the Atlantic Treasure Coast. Atlantic Treasure Coast is known for its breathtaking stretches of sandy beaches. Disney’s Vero Beach Resort is approximately 2 hours from the Disney World parks in Orlando, and is a popular hotel for families. The stretch of beach that the Vero Beach Resort sits on is a prevalent nesting ground for logger head sea turtles. The resort is designed to provide minimal impact on the turtle’s nesting patterns. Each year, lucky guests, can see the moonlight acting as a beacon to safely guide the hatchlings to the ocean. It is truly a one of a kind experience!
