Don’t plan on spending much time in the room? The Caribbean Deluxe is perfect for you. It’s a welcoming place to lay your head after a long day of adventures on the island. With the garden views, this is a peaceful hideaway where you can sit back on your personal patio to enjoy the amazing surroundings. At this specific Resort, they offer multiple types of dining options with a choice from 12 restaurants and 6 bars! Enjoy the fresh air at Bayside Restaurant while watching sailboats sail across the ocean during the day and the stars sparkle at night. A couple of delicious dishes to try here are the Feuillete De Champignons (wild mushrooms, cream sauce, baked puff pastry, tomato coulis) and one of my favorites, Escargots Persillade (escargots, garlic parsley, butter, phyllo dough basket). Another beautiful spot is the Barefoot by the Sea Restaurant. Dine barefoot! Yes, I said barefoot! Flip off those sandals and dine outside for another Caribbean style restaurant. With so many options, everyone in the party will be pleased! Try the Gros Islet Lambi (steamed conch, fresh herbs, carrots, tomato, basmati rice) or the delicious Caribbean Scallop Ceviche (marinated seared scallop with citrus, jalapeños, onions, scallions served with bay greens). Afterwards, don’t forget the mouth watering Chocolate & Caramel Cake topped with Bavarian Cream. There are also options for candle light dinners on the beach. What better way to have a romantic evening!! There is food at your fingers 24 hours a day. In the mornings, enjoy the delightful buffets set up for your satisfaction. Anything from oatmeal or bacon and eggs to fresh island fruits cut and served to perfection.

Active and adventurous or just want to relax, this resort and island have plenty of things to keep you entertained. From water sports to land sports, you will want to try them all. On the resort, you have access to Canoes/Kayaks, Snorkeling, Windsurfing, Sailboats, Hobie Cats, Waterskiing, Paddle Boarding, Scuba Diving, Hydrobikes and Kneeboarding for any sort of water action. If you choose to stay dry, Golf (at La Toc only), Volleyball, Pool Tables, Table Tennis, Board Games, Fitness Center and Croquet are also available at any time. There are also numerous ventures to take outside the resort that are not included with the all inclusive like horseback riding in the ocean, island tours, hiking to a waterfall, snuba diving tours and so much more. Just see the desk at the front of the resort to schedule your choice of activity. Prices very with these activities but are so worth it. Also, don’t forget to schedule your Red Lane Spa treatment! My husband and I did the couples massage and it was by far the best we have had. You walk away even more relaxed and with a special gift from the massage therapist. Take a little time and have one of the professional photographers snap a few spectacular photos of you and your loved ones. The lighting from the evening sun puts off for some beautiful pictures. The nightly entertainment is exactly that, entertaining! With every day having a theme, there will be singing, dancing and laughing throughout the evening. With all of that being interactive, you will make more memories to last a lifetime.

Grand St. Lucian has 5 pools and 4 whirlpools. Plenty of room for everyone to cool off and enjoy the sunshine. For you adults, life gets easier with the swim up bars where you can enjoy a frozen treat, wine, beer or island special. The staff is amazing and even entertaining! Quick on their toes, you will be very pleased that everything is taken care of for you.
