Last week in Travel Toodles we mentioned that Epcot's Mission: SPACE was been re-imagined and this week we have some amazing new details to share.

Orange: Mission- has been enhanced with an all new HD video and will continue to provide a truly unique and intense experience of feeling like you are orbiting the earth while dodging meteroids, slingshot around the moon, and attempt to land on the Red Planet.

Green: Mission- a more family-friendly experience for all guests to enjoy an all new mission that will allow you to see Hawaiin Islands, the boot of Italy, and the Northern Lights before returning to land at the famous Kennedy Space Center. This mission will now allow guests between 40-44 inches to experience the attraction with a special seat designed just for them. Previously the ride had a height requirement of 44 inches.

We can't wait to see the Relaunch on August 13, 2017!

The My Disney Experience App will now allow guests to check in 60 days prior to their check in date and bypass the check in desk when arriving to your Walt Disney World Resort. Guests will also be able to make room requests, add credit card information and authorize charges, set up arrival time and receive room ready notifications.

The Grand Avenue at Disney's Hollywood Studios is being reimagined. Beginning this fall The Grand Avenue will be designed to look and feel like Downtown Los Angeles. An all new restaurant will be opening also. The Baseline Tap House will serve food, beers, and wine from California. The Grand Avenue is situated between Sci-Fi Dine in Theater Restaurant and Muppets Vision 3D.

For the second year in a row, Disney Castaway Cay has been named the Top Cruise Line Private Island in the annual Cruise Critic Cruisers’ Choice Destination Awards. Also for the second year in a row, Castaway Cay was the most highly rated Caribbean island overall among reviewers, beating out all other Caribbean islands!
