Dining Spotlight: Tusker House at Animal Kingdom

Are you looking for unique character dining for your day at the Animal Kingdom park? Look no further than the Tusker House restaurant! This colorful Harambe marketplace styled eatery is brimming with African flavor. Your family will delight in this family-style buffet for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Only one table service credit, reservations are highly recommended and can made at 180 days.
One of the best parts about character dining is your chance to meet your favorites without having to wait in line. Here you will have the chance to meet safari Donald, Daisy, Mickey, Goofy, and Minnie (characters subject to change) when they come right to your table to sign autographs and take pictures dressed in their adorable safari outfits.

Even the pickiest of eaters (me) will find many things to enjoy on this buffet. For breakfast enjoy familiar favorites like Mickey waffles, bacon, sausage, potatoes, cereal, eggs, pastries and African dishes like beef Bobotie.
For lunch and dinner try spit-roasted chicken, roast pork, curry, fresh salads, fish, side dishes, vegetarian options, desserts and more. Kids will love the selections just for them (and me) like corn dog nuggets, mac and cheese, and brownies.
While you're here don't forget to try my favorite, the jungle juice! It's a real treat that you don't want to miss! A scrumptious blend of orange, guava, and passion fruit juices. I even get a cup to go!! It's delicious!

This restaurant has some great food, believe me you will not walk away hungry! They have the characters that you want to meet. Next time you are in the "World" you should give this place a try, it's a fan favorite for a reason!
